需要层次说明，在某种程度上，学生缺乏动机正是由于那些低级需要未得到满足(如父母离异使归属与爱的需要得不到满足)，而正是这些因素会成为学生学习和自我实现的主要障碍。所以，教师关心学生的学习，应该从了解他们的基本需要和愿望开始，从多方面关爱学生，以排除影响学习的一切干扰因素。
